If you open up Photoshop whilst using the Mac Agent, you see the libraries column looking like this:
To fix this, on your Mac go to System Preferences -> Network -> Advanced -> Proxies and enable the Exclude Simple Hostnames option (you don't need to highlight any specific proxy option as this setting is universal).
Now either your library option should load automatically or when you hit retry you will be presented with:
