When you install USS Agent on Big Sur, you may be required to manually verify the SSL certiicate that is automatically placed in the Keychain Access during installation. On previous versions, this would trust automatically however due to tightened OS security on Big Sur, you need to manually trust the certficate. If you don't do this, you will see generic browser errors on HTTPS websites.
1. Go to your Keychain Access. You can get here by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right of your OS and searching for it.
2. Within the System section on your Keychain Access, look for the certificate titled CensorNet Ltd.
Highlight the entry and double click on it to be presented with further options
3. Expand the Trust section so you can see the When using this certificate option
Change the option from Use System Defaults to Always Trust. You can now close this window and you will see the certificate has now been set to Trusted.
